Good afternoon！

September is our festival of education. all the primary and middle school are opening to the new semester, start a new learning process; September, it's our teacher's festival, in a few days later, it's the 27^th Teacher's Day; September, also belongs WHBC's Festival! That is my 7^th to attend the Graduation Ceremony of WHBC. This year, all the graduates of WHBC got remarkable and groundbreaking achievements. That’s so happy and exciting for me. Today, on behalf of Wuhan Education Bureau, I wish to extend warm congratulations to all the stuff and students of WHBC!

The same time last year, I stand here, celebrate the tenth anniversary of WHBC, I knew for sure that WHBC would have another successful decade.

In 2011, the first step of the new decade, We have made a fruitful beginning！

the 153 graduates from A Level and IFY＆PMP achieved impressive result，13 Student got all As grades and more students are admitted into elites universities abroad. We have got a high acceptance of 57.5% at the top 100 universities including Cornell University, the University of Southern California, Imperial College London and other elite universities in different countries according to the rank of top universities around the world. The high acceptance of top universities of the world proves once that WHBC has become an elite school with individual concept and experience of running a school and Tenet of acceptance of top colleges.

The remarkable achievement is an inevitable result of the spirit of rigorous scholarship and advancing forward of WHBC here，we should extend our sincere congratulations to every industrious stuff in the school. For years, Wuhan Education Bureau and other department of Wuhan cared and supported the growth and differential development. Wuhan Education Bureau is impressed with the idea of making unremitting endeavor and innovation of WHBC one year after the success of “ISTUDY”，Drawing on our internal advantage, WHBC derision “WHBC Online” Which shares western courses online and gives a platform online to benefit students especially the student with limit time and interest of western education. In less than two years, WHBC offer the students with best educational resource at home and abroad by sharing online. The open idea and model of running a school make us take comfort and offers support to sustainable development of WHBC. We sincerely hope that WHBC will maintain the spirit of innovation. What's more qualified educational resource and develop more model of study, make steady progression and a new splendor.

Last but not least, I hope every graduate here cherish your effort and achievement, keep studying hard abroad and achieve new splendor with your perspiration and talent.
